The easiest way to publish your events on this website is by emailing them to us – there are some instructions below to help you.
Alternatively, you can create and manage all the information yourself. It is very easy and works as a self service; please click here to get in touch for your registration, upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email along with information on how to use the What’s On service.
*Emailing us your material
♦ You can send us a MS Word document and we’ll try to reproduce it as it is in the document
♦ Please include images, as it has is found that a post with no images is less likely to be opened by readers; but be very aware of copyright infringement. The images used must be covered by the Creative Commons Licence (click here for more information) – as for example, the images on Wikimedia Commons – or the appropriate fee must be paid to the copyright holder. Alternatively, they may be pictures you have taken yourself, for example of the church building. Please note: by submitting your events you agree and attest that you own all rights (including copyrights) for the Content you post, or if you are not the owner, that you have all of the rights required to post the Content. We reserve the right to accept, modify or decline images that you have provided or to substitute images similar to those you have provided at our discretion for technical or editorial reasons.
